At Fivephase Gear, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. If you need to make a return, we strive to make the process as smooth as possible.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• 30-Day Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request and initiate a return.

• Condition: To be eligible for a return, your gear must be in brand-new, unworn, unwashed, and unused condition, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging.

• Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation number is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Custom-made or personalized gear

• Clearance or final sale items

• Gift cards

3. How to Start a Return

1. Email our support team at sales@fivephasegear.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

2. If your return is approved, we will provide you with further instructions and the return shipping address.

3. Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

• Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund (if applicable).

5. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

1. Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed and packed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).

• Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Domestic Shipping: Standard shipping usually takes 5 to 7 business days depending on your location. Rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on package weight and destination.

• International Shipping: We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery times vary by destination (typically 7 to 21 business days). Customs, duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Delayed or Lost Packages

Fivephase Gear is not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or packages marked as delivered by the postal service. However, if your package is lost or severely delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to help track it down.
